Grath Upgrades | Custom Columns & Fields
Great news! We have launched some enhanced features for our platform users.
Custom Columns | Fields, within GRC:
- After listening to our customers, we understand the diverse approaches to data management within our customer’s GRC environment. One box doesn’t fit all.
- Users with the appropriate Risk & Compliance management user permissions can now seamlessly create new custom fields within Risks, Controls, and Processes. This will allow firms to structure their approach to Risk, Control & Process capture in any way they like, in just a few clicks.
- By simply navigating to the list views, and scrolling to the far right users will find the ‘+’ button to create a new custom column. Various custom column types are available to cater to different requirements.
Custom Incident, Breach, and Complaint Forms:
- Understanding the varied approaches to Incident management and the recording of incidents, breaches and complaints amongst our customers we’ve also introduced the ability to design these aspects to the firm’s rationale, putting the power in our customer’s hands.
- We’ve overhauled the Incident creation template, empowering Risk & Compliance management users to seamlessly design their own templates within the UI.
- Navigating to the Incident module, Open Incidents and again to the far right, the ‘+’ button will be visible.
- We’ve also migrated ALL existing fields to custom fields, allowing users to delete fields they previously had and no longer want or indeed want to replace with the firm’s preferred selection of fields.
